There are two options:

1. Mentor
Paul can be a memoir coach to help you write your own memoir, even if you've never written anything before. He will walk you through each stage and be available to provide feedback and editing for each stage. Charged at a reasonable hourly rate you're completely in charge of how much help you want.

Or

2. Ghost writer
2. Over a series of meetings Paul will transcribe and edit your life stories and compile them into a memoir, as your personal ghost writer. The words will be yours and like any good ghost he will remain invisible. This model involves two or three stages:

i) Discovery: where Paul will ask you questions to draw out your story over a series of five two hour meetings. These will be billed at a reasonable hourly rate which will be negotiated with you.

ii) Development: Writing your memoir. This will be done in sections and includes one set of free changes to each section. Once signed off each section will be charged out based on 18 cents per word. You can naturally nominate the maximum number of words you wish to use in order to manage the cost of the project.

iii) Publication: Should you wish to publish Paul will put you into contact with industry professionals who can provide specialist services at cost. Should you wish Paul to oversee and manage this process the professional services will be still at cost, plus a reasonable hourly rate, by negotiation.
